Refund Return Policy
Type of Item:
1. Custom orders. We do not accept returns on custom printed orders. We provide proofs for customers to approve label jobs and some lanyard jobs. In some cases TempIDs.com will provide live sample proofs on certain lanyard jobs. Once you approve the artwork, we can not accept returns.
2. Custom Rush orders. Due to the time sensitive nature of rush jobs, we do not provide proofs on rush orders. Since custom orders have your message, we do not accept returns.
3. Generic items. We accept returns within 30 days on new and unopened generic items like generic lanyards from stock colors, ID ribbon, ID cards, and tardy books. A restocking fee of 25% will apply. Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges to return items. Items will not be accepted without an RMA number. We will accept returns and grant 100% refund if we ship the wrong stock item. Some lanyards with no printing can be considered custom and non returnable if
they are special colors. Special colors means it will be considered a custom order and as such we can not accept returns. We do pantone matching on lanyards and some customers request special colors.
4. Tech support. We provide tech support on ID software and printers. Once tech support help is approved, we can not refund this service. You can opt to get free tech support by purchasing related ID products and accessories: ID ribbon, ID cards, lanyards, and other badging accessories.
Delivery Policy
Generic Items. Generic Items like ID Ribbon, ID cards, generic lanyards, tardy books, and the like are considered In Stock Items. In stock items ship the same day or next business day depending on when the order is placed.
Custom Items.
1. Custom Label Books and Custom Labels on a roll. Custom label books are shipped 24-48 hours after proof approval of artwork. Custom labels on a roll are shipped 48 hours after approval of artwork when using standard label colors and one standard ink color. Special ink colors add 3-6 working days to the order.
2. Rush lanyards. Turnaround as quick as the same day, 24 hours, 48 hours, and up to 5 days after placing order. Rush lanyards are produced without art proofs.
3. Standard lanyards. Turnaround time 10 - 20 days after approval depending on the details of the job.
4. We ship items via UPS and utilize all methods of shipping offered by UPS. USPS Priority Mail shipping is offered only on generic Tardy Slip books, chains, and limited in stock items.
