We  can custom print ID badges for your employees and staff with your personalized lanyard order. You provide an excel file with the employee names, id number, and other information that you would like on the card like title and we will print it on the ID cards.

The badges are professoinally printed on plastic and not laminated. We can also print the ID picture when the pictures are coded by a unique identifier like the employee number.

By ordering ID badges in conjunction with your personalized lanyard order, we will waive the customary set up fee and charge a lower rate of $1.00 per single sided ID card printed in color.

We will show you a digital proof of the ID badge and once it is approved, we will provide a picture of the first ID card for your approval. There is no charge for this service when ordering badges with personalized lanyards.

We can slot the cards as shown in the picture to the left so you can attach it to the embroidered name lanyards. Since punching a hole in the card compromises the integrity of the product, you may want to consider on of the ID holders which bypasses the need for slotting.
