Tardy Slip book with duplicate copy. White original is given to the student so they can present it to the teacher. The yellow copy below stays in the book for your records. The copies are carbonless so you get the duplicate copy without the carbon fuss and mess.

Most schools start at the upper right and work their way down and start again on the left column and go down again. You can start at the upper right, then left and then the right hand side and so on.

The white originals are perforated so that they can be easily and neatly removed from the tardy slip book. The yellow copies below are not perforated.

The protecter sheet (pictured to the left) keeps the information to the current set of white original and yellow copy. This divider prevents the data from leaking to the unused pages below.

When you first get the book, you open the last page and move the divider immediately below the first yellow page. Once you are done with the first page, you simply turn the first yellow copy page and move the divider immediately below the second set of white/yellow late pass page and work your way down.

Customers who use the expiring version of the visitor labels like the one write system that is self contained. They simply fold the expiring tab to activate the timing component. In the past, one would have to apply a separate component, a timing sticker, to activate the expiring feature which was simply one extra step.

Tip: Since the self expiring labels are more expensive than the non expiring, you may want to consider ordering multiple books with different color borders and/or backgrounds and color coordinate the days to the different colors. One way to get more bang for your buck.
