How to Order Individual Name Personalized Lanyards

You can order personalized lanyards via email, phone, or at our online store. Please follow the steps below to order personalized individual name lanyards using your Excel file. Don't forget to attach the file containing the names as an *.xls file with your email order or email directly to us. Pictured above is an example of what your email to order personalized lanyards should look like.

In the body of the email include the following information: Lanyard color (choose one); Stitch in color (choose one); attachment choose from either a key ring or swivel hook, what imprint you would like on the custom side and your shipping information.

In the example to the left, the lanyard color is navy blue and the stitching color is our carolina blue which some call baby blue.

Please note that every personalized individual name lanyard will have the same imprint on the custom side. The personalized side will have an individual name on the other side.

If there are special instructions, then please include it in your email after the basic information and after the custom side imformation details. Special instructions would include a different attachment other than the standard key ring or swivel hook, detachable buckle request, paw print before and after the individual name, break away request, USB attachment request, or other.

If you order via the online store, then you would want to include this information along with the file list containing the indvidual names.
