Lanyard samples
The teacher name lanyard is a custom printed lanyard taken one step further. A custom lanyard is the school name printed on the lanyard fabric, but a personalized lanyard is the school name printed on one side with the individual name printed on the other side.
Each lanyard is unique since it has the school name on the right hand side (when worn) and the individual staff member's name on the left hand
side. Each badge holder has the respective teacher or staff name printed on the fabric. We can also print photo ID badges with your lanyard order.

The lanyard is a high quality premium key chain holder since the method of imprint is permanent with our sewn in or embroidered printing. I have come across customers using the same personalized lanyard that we printed in the 1990s. We have produced this teacher appreciation gift favorite since the 80s, but those recipients have retired.
The lanyard imprint method will have the
impression embedded on both sides of the fabric. Lanyards twist during
the day and you will always see the company name or message along with
the individual's name since our lanyards are printed on both sides.

Turnaround
time on personalized lanyards 5-7 working days.
Low minimums -- 50 pieces and no set up charge. We need from you is an excel file (*.xls) with the staff and teacher names, your
lanyard color choice, imprint color choice, attachment selection of either
key ring or swivel hook, and any other special requests. The names in
CAPS appears best on the webbing. Please submit your names in CAPS if
you want to go this route. Accents, like accent aigu, are also
available. An example would be André .

Since it is a
permanent impression, you can place the lanyard in the washing machine or wash by hand and not worry that the imprint will come off.

Each staff member and teacher will have a lanyard that is truly their own. You can also upgrade your lanyard to have a break away for safety, an attachment so you can affix a USB flash drive to the lanyard, or a detachable buckle .
The detachable buckle is different from the break away since the break away is for safety. If you tug on the lanyard with a break away, it will come off your neck. A detachable buckle is to remove the bottom portion of the lanyard while keeping the rest of the lanyard on your neck. You can swipe or scan a badge entry card, use the keys, or use a flash drive without removing the lanyard from your neck or bending over awkwardly to do so.
We also do them for athletic teams with the player's jersey number and name. We can print the number sign # in front of the jersey number. For those with a Tiger mascot or one in the cat family, we can print the paw print along with the individual's name personalized.

Remember there is no set up charge, so the only other thing you are billed for is shipping.
Please note the absolute minimum is 25 pieces and the price to personalize is $6.95 each. If you order 50 pieces then you can order a combination of personalized lanyards and regular custom lanyards to reach the 50 piece level or even the 100 piece level price. The custom only lanyards are cheaper by $2.00 per lanyard when ordering at least 50 pieces. If you order 25 pieces and have less than 25 individual names to print, then we will print the same thing on the left and
right side of the lanyard on the balance until we reach 25 lanyards.

How to place your personalized individual name lanyard order.
The pricing includes one color lanyard with one color imprint, free set up, and your choice of either a swivel hook or key ring attachment.
The sewn in process provides that the imprint also appears on the other side of the lanyard in a reverse image and color application. Please see examples above. These personalized lanyards are also called teacher name lanyards or staff name lanyards.

Sewn in, woven or embroidered lanyards are machine washable and you don't have to worry about the imprint coming off. As with all of our lanyard products, we suggest not using white as a background color because it will appear dirty quickly.
Straight line block lettering is the type of font used. We use two different font sizes which are influenced by the number of letters on the custom side. Helpful tip: If your school name is very short, you may want to add either HIGH, SCHOOL, or ELEMENTARY to the imprint so it takes up more space on the lanyard.
